Reporting Spam

Because spam filtering is a sensitive topic (and overblocking is always a concern) our technology vendor is constantly wresting with providing the most efficient blocking without OVER-blocking. If you find spam that was not blocked, you must first ensure that your account is set to the highest level of spam blocking -- "Extreme". You can do this by logging in at mail.cleansurf.com with your email address and password, and going to Settings > Email Filtering.

If, after setting your account to "Extreme", you still encounter unblocked emails, you may submit them to us for review. To do so, you must send us an email with the spam message ATTACHED to it. Simply forwarding a spam will NOT be of any value, because the essential portions of the spam will be lost. To attach a message, compose a new message to spamreport@cleansurf.com, and then DRAG and DROP the unwanted message (messages) into the body of the email. This will attach the message, and will retain the essential portions of the original message that we need in order to improve our filters.
