Information |

Spam is
"unsolicited email", or unwanted email that you may receive.
With most mail providers, spam is unavoidable. With
CleanSurf, we offer a powerful server-side filtering system that
blocks spam based on known characteristics, as well as your own
whitelist / blacklist preferences.
When a message is
blocked, it will be delivered to your "quarantine". The
quarantine is the place where unwanted email is stored for up to
14 days, giving you the opportunity to retrieve messages that may
have been incorrectly blocked. To access your quarantine,
log into your web-based email
account, and click "quarantine".
To enable, disable,
or tweak your spam filtering settings, click on Settings within
the web-based email system. Options include:
- Enable / Disable
Spam-filtering
- Adjust level /
categories of spam-filtering
- Change what
happens to spam when it is blocked (quarantine, delete, allow to
pass with "[Spam]" subject tag)
